Fearless Class in Certaldo, Tuscany
Organising a Fearless Class at our studio in Certaldo proved to be a wonderful experience.
In fact, the workshop allowed us to meet so many talented colleagues with whom we could discuss ideas, projects and initiatives, widening our horizons and our professional experience.
It was an honour for us to host Huy Nguyen, owner of the Fearless association, and Tyler Wirken, wedding photographer in US: our warmest thanks go to them, who were also the speakers at the event, and to the other 38 Fearless Photographers from England, Croatia, United States, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Austria, Slovenia and, of course, Italy.
We are sure that the comparison of different cultures, experiences and perspectives was constructive for everyone. And that the workshop left great enthusiasm in each of us, to study, to improve ourselves, and to never lose the desire to learn and put ourselves in play.
After all, isn’t it really all this that should form the basis of any creative work?
This is why we are infinitely grateful to all of the participants who, like us, were able to fully grasp the spirit of the initiative, enriching it with their presence and their precious contributions.
It is also with great pleasure that we would like to emphasise the joy of having seen many old and dear friends and, not least, of having made new ones.
Finally, we would like to express a further appreciation for Certaldo, the beautiful Tuscan town in which we live and work. We are proud that in some small way we can help to promote it internationally.
The Fearless Class was the right occasion for the participants to get to know the beautiful medieval streets and squares of the hamlet that gave birth to Giovanni Boccaccio. In fact, a couple – photographers and friends – were so enchanted that they decided to come and get married right here!
In conclusion, what else can we say but thank you, thank you again, thank you all!
