In life nothing ever happens by chance, there are no coincidences, but it all occurs at the right time, when you’re ready to see and understand. I have always been convinced of this and now I’m sure!
It all started two years ago when I met Pedro Cabrera and Andrea Giraldo, who I now consider as my brother and sister. They spoke to me about Fearless Photographers and of Foundation Workshops and they said that these would change my life… It seems certain that they had seen a force in me that needs to be pointed in the right direction. Thank you, my friend, for having stayed close to me during this extraordinary experience. I owe it all to you!
Over the last two years I have worked hard to find my own vision and perspective but something did not make feel 100% complete as photographer. And then this year the ‘right’ moment arrived…
I left for Ubeda in Spain to partecipate at Foundation Europe 4 – FE4. It was like touching the ocean floor and then being reborn.
I surrendered myself entirely for taking on-board as much as I could from the others. It was a lot more than learning notion and technique. It was about understanding who you really are to then reflect this in your photos. It is your personality that makes the difference and therefore it needs to be profoundly understood.
It was a tough week, I laughed and cried a lot, and then some, but out of it all a new me was born.
How can a workshop change your life? You would need to participate to understand how I’m feeling… Believe me, it was the best investment made to date for both my photography and for me as person.
Even though there are no words to express my gratitude and affection I would like to say thanks…

I would like to tell you that during the week, as well as learning a lot about photography, the most important thing that you taught me was to be a stronger person and I am sure that this will make me a better and stronger photographer… I’m certain!

I cannot find the words to thank Huy Nguyen for creating the incredible Foundation Workshops, for encouraging me with his words, for believing in all of us and our strengths. In you I saw a wise and caring person and this has made me think… It’s nice to be able to give so much to others without expecting anything in return, it is what you do and I’m very grateful.
I’m sure that all the amazing photographers I met during the week will remember this experience for the rest of their lives.
When a dream comes true you should just follow the positive vibes of the love surrounding you.
